How to Lead Yourself Every Day

When I was 27 in Dayton, Ohio, I listened to Zig Zigger. He said if you'll help other people get what they want, they'll help you get what you want. And that day my life was changed because as a young leader, I wasn't helping people get what we want. It's amazing because I teach leadership as influence. The more people that you influence, the more people you're going to have in your business. People that know how to add value to people continually increase value and influence with people.
