So you had a couple of houses before the duplex and then you moved into the next house after that as well. So we probably the first two, we made around 30 to 45 each, each flip and then we built our duplex cash. Our third personal house that we lived in two years to the day was yeah, probably our most profitable. We profited over 200,000. It was a lot of good timing.
