Are You Already Trying to Solve This Problem?
One of the biggest things that i've encountered while helping wise companies over the last few years is that if potential customers are not already exploring potential solutions to their problem, it's possible that the problem that you're trying to solve is not a burning enough problem for customers. The fifth question is very tactical. Try to figure out what tools did they try to use, am to solve this in the past? Maybe they they solved this by getting all the individuals together in one room to work on the project with four computers so that they could talk in real time to each other as they were working on the project.
