The Implications of Lipoprotein Separation

I think as we've discussed, there are many really interesting areas in relation to lipids and diet. And we're hopefully going to explore much of that today. Can you give them an introduction to a bit about your academic background? I'm currently a reader in nutrition science at Liverpool John Moore's University. We do work on HDL as well, but mainly on LDL. It's a fact that those with LDL discorns will have predominantly small dense LDL or predominantly large and buoyant LDL.
