Russia has massive assembly lines where you can see a line of reactor vessels being formed and being prepared to ship to site. That is an interchangeability of parts that actually has been a feature of nuclear for a long time. In Japan, large modular reactors were created in the 90s and 36 months at existing plants. 1,300 megawatt reactors built in 36 months from first concrete to turning on and first nuclear reaction.
