Are You a Quitting Coach?

Ron Conway, who founded SB Angel, is a really big part of the book because he's an investor who encouraged a lot of his founders to quit. He really viewed himself as a quitting coach. I think that we all need to do that and we need to get that into organizations. We should let them know when the thing they're doing is no longer worthwhile.
