The Challenges of Creating a Tool That's Intuitive

Making a tool that's intuitive for people. One of the challenges with a platform like ours, because it's solving many different problems in many different contexts is to keep it simple. I suppose the way we think about mapping maps are simply answers to questions. And so historically, maps have been produced in different abstractions to answer specific questions. So rather than asking our users to have a particular technical skill, to use a tool, we focused on solving problem that we know people have in the outdoors.
