Binny: A lot of my issues been, i'm often in that, you know, there ruminous empathy. Thatit's ruinous empathyruinous empathy, ruering an weoeaarn where it's hard to hurt people's feelings sometimes. And for me, part of why i am so passionate about teaching radical candors is because a really important relationship of mine at work blew up because i was so afraid to give this guy tough feedback.
