Social Skills Are a Side Effect of ADHD
Social skills potentially are a side effect of ADHD. I had to learn how to screw up and then talk my way out of it. That's the only reason I got out of middle school. And as a 43 year old man, now I'm like, if I want to borrow someone's notes, like I can be charming enough to convince that person to let me borrow their notes. Asking someone out in a date, I'm married. But that would be harder for me because that's a greater risk of rejection. So sort of the weight of those two rejections is different.
