Elder on Executive Session

The first 30 minutes is elder on executive session. A number of different things happen in that time. The chairman will then usually have the preacher for the coming Sunday, read a passage of scripture to be preached on. We'll then pray and then we'll adopt minutes as usually the first order of business.
