I agree with you on what's pushed China and Russia relations closer. I don't necessarily think it's nuclear strategy or the new first-use policy, which has been there for a long time. But obviously under Xi Jinping, we've seen a more aggressive approach in East Asia. So I think it's more of these dynamics that for both countries, they really are being pushed together because the relationship with the United States is so bad.
