Sodium potassium to chloride is electro neutral in itself, but since the potassium goes right back out, you essentially generate a positive charge inside the tubule and a negative charge inside the cell. And that positive charge then drives the pari cellular reabsorption of more sodium, calcium and magnesium - it's very cool. The other thing that is percool is that potassium channel is regulated by a t so if you have plenty of a t p, it shuts that channel down.
