When you need to work hard, you need to be able to think. The less hard i've worked for work's sake, the smarter i've worked and the harder my work has paid off. When i was kinder to myself and gave myself space to have new ideas, to meet people that then became my colleagues or clients that i thrived. Life needs to live. I'm not recommending spending 18 hours a day in front of a video game eating chitos. If you're an interpreter and going for a walk and talking to some one, and that's where you get your ideaso, then do really well and focus work on those four hours.
