The book ends with her going into a board meeting like a meeting with the doctors of this facility to decide if she gets to leave. There's an ebb and flow of privileges depending on how she's doing while she's in, but this could be like her getting to go back to school. And there's this passage right before that with her mother that I just want to read because it rang very hmm not necessarily even true from my experience. The world itself is the bad dream a bad dream. I remembered everything.
