i'm actually pretty bullish on our ability to rise to the challenge, and i'm happy to explain why. I think that there have been a lot of people in the foreign policy community that have been in denial for a long time. And we should do everything we can to be the win but i don't think we're gong to marshal the will and national unity and resources to actually rise to the Challenge. It's going to be a close contest, and i think we have agency to influence how events unfold.
