In an evolutionary environment, us moving stuff from conscious to unconscious. Consciously, we're trying to learn some new skil now we can unconsciously perform it. And so if you do a bunch of sensory motor tasks that you can't do all, and then you start to be able to do em,. you're actually increasing kind of the neural structure for the rate of learning. That is fascinating. What are some other areas of neurohacking that are really important? Pillor areas? We didn't talk about, altered states of consciousness yet. All right. I think that explains in plain terms how yoga works and and how yoga actually supports brain development through doing a series of different complex movements
Daniel Schmachtenberger talks about neurohacking, inducing the process of neurogenesis through exercise, supplements, meditation, and other techniques.
