The Role of the Big, Established Unions and the Start Ups

i think that work is a very neglected part of how we understand community and care. I saw an example of union activity that made me really encouraged. Every one was just there in good faith to try to work out an issue. i hope that efforts like what's happening with the al u can de stigmatize the corporate side of the union conversation as well.
