How to Get More Than 100% Retention

SAS+ doubled down on the stuff that works for us. We don't ask you if you want services, we don't ask if you want an add-on. If you want to buy from us, it's software and services. So SAS+, is working for us. Where we're going with it is we do not sell software only. Of course, we're trying to get the cost of service down. The other thing we're doing is we launched a community yesterday which I was so excited about.
