Melatonin Can Help Reduce Anxiety

Melatonin is one of the most effective ways to limit the harm of stress caused by free radicals. When melatonin hits the bloodstream, it releases a few electrons that become sort of magnetically attached to the free radicals and tell them to stop multiplying. Melatonin increases production in the bloodstream of antioxidant enzymes as well as enzymes required for tissue building. And finally, it also synergizes with other common antioxidants like vitamin C or vitamin E to increase the restorative effects of each vitamin.
