There's now a big boomlet for this thing they're calling christian nationalism, which i reject. The thing that sort of offends me the most is that they thik it's a new idea. I meani mean, if i had a dollar for every time i brought up chesterton's fence around here, right? But it's exactly that point, right? There are some traditions that are bad and should go away, but you have to understand the role that those traditions played before you say they can go away. So no, i don't think, you know, jesus said, render unto caesar what is caesar's and unto god what is gods.
