Is There a Lightning Network Wallet?

Bitcoin has been hovering in this 18 to 20K range for, feels like four months now. So you had that increased volume without any, and people weren't chasing price. They were seeking Bitcoin as a safe haven. There's one of the theories that nobody knows for sure exactly what was going on, but wouldn't be hard to believe that that was the case. And I watch in Japan closely as well with the yen because I feel like they kind of pioneered the central bank craziness.
