The Importance of Connecting People With Customers

I'm really passionate about the idea of connecting people with customers when they're making decisions you know we refer to that as human insight so I think it's really for us about how do we evangelize this idea. If we want to have more inclusive products we need to include the perspectives of more people in those products and so one way to do that is talk to people right and get input from people that are different than you about anything again. We've generally done that around products and digital products but why not anything else? Why not an idea that I have about what I want to do with my business great go talk to some people with some diverse perspectives and backgrounds and get their feedback
