Men - A Review of Men
i thought mark's review of men this week missed an absolutely crucial element of the film. Horror can be approached intellectually, but for me, one of the most incredible things about the jona is how it can evoke very real, primal feelings experienced in everyday life through a sereal lens. It captured tromer and evoked the dread and feelings of diminishment and threat that most women experience every day to some extent or another. I really enjoyed it. A well put together, ruthlessly efficient block buster which even as you are trying to resist its manipulative charms, you just go, i'm sorry, but it's just so well done.
