"I found a little frustrating about it was he tried to create this positive distinction between equality of outcomes and equality of opportunity," Obama said. "It's far easier to achieve this leveling by creating a ceiling for everyone than it is to raise the floor for the people who are presumed to be or believed to be the most disadvantaged" He added that even social scientists make sloppy mistakes when they discuss these issues without understanding biology and genetics.
