Using a C M S for a UI Framework?

If you get your basic h tman c s s skills, youre obviously lacking the skills necessary to do this. If i'm not taking a common style sheet around with me that i use for for layouts, i'm just doing the same thing over and over again. I have to sort of zero it out.
