There are still so many districts out there who are using cricula that are on ead reports that are not even green. And we have ten of districts, even here in maryland, who are using ones that are red. What i try to get district ders and teachers to do is to read the reports, first of all, and not just look at the green, yellow or red. There are some really good yellow rated materials on ed reports as well.
