How to Talk About Yourself in a Conversation

Any answer you give, anytime you talk about yourself in a conversation, don't just talk about the facts. Always give the reasons, not just one reason, several reasons - these are your values. And then something that maybe seems boring or very basic can become actually very interesting to someone else. I'll give you another example of just personal for me. Some of you know I'm doing jujitsu. So even though I'm very excited, they see I'm excited about it, but, but they don't really care.
