Do You Have a Contextual Error?

In about 16% of all healthcare encounters, there is a contextual error. That means the healthcare plan is unlikely to work. It's going to fall short of what's expected because of an inattention to patient life context. And we've seen that when a help contextual error occurs, that is predictive of a poor outcome. We did a study in the VA where we were estimating millions of dollars saved by improving the ability of providers to contextualize.
