Is There a Future for Analytics Within a Company?

I was thinking more in terms of behavior, analytics within a company. But it sounds like not really without getting into a lot of complexities that aren't very fair. We are basically saying that one thing that is changing is the shape of your brain. So, you know, what you're saying is biological change makes some people, some people brains differently and why a different debate comes with eight risks.
