The Impact of the Pandemic on Women

Women have had to do about three or four steps a to really kind of keep things balancing. Women tend to not get promoted out of those jobs. They carry them for the majority of their life, for women. And so that does add a lot more stress. When you're 50 or 60 and get down sized from your front line job where you're already making less than most people, it's a much bigger impact.
