Is There a Failure in Remote Management?

I know over your nearly a decade of working remotely yourself, you've learned through your own trials and tribulations. So I thought it would be helpful for you to kick us off by sharing something that you that went wrong over the years. Sure. And so back in 2000 in time, when I went remote, I was relearning how to do everything remotely. It's one of the reasons why I started the company and that I did was to help others learn from the mistakes that I made.
