How to Transition to a Non-Traditional Position
I always thought I would be a Dave Chang or I'd worked for Dave Chang. Ultimately, I took a lot of pride in just putting my head down and wanting to perfect all the elements of operating a business. My path, which was unique for a lot of people is coming from the kitchen, coming from front of house. It was a non-traditional path because my father was an engineer. He always wanted me to learn AutoCAD.
