The first thing that you should do when some one expresses interest in working with you is hop on aphone them. And to listen to what they tell you they need. 99 % of the time, the person who says, oh, i need, i just need a via to ike answer my emals, does not just need the vie to answer their emals. They need probably a lot of other support, and they're just not acknowledging it. Just take that in, ok? Ther sounds like they need support in these other areas.
