Our key priorities actually came from we were involved in a self-study, which we have to do every five years for our accreditation with the International Baccalaureate. And so those top three things for us in our school were similar to yours. So it's really nice to hear that there's a kind of aligned approach and I definitely took a lot of what you said in those previous podcasts from that.
