Squishing a Cockroach
I don't think I'd have the same kind of reservation as someone squishing a cockroach, especially if they offered this justification. Would we do that to any animal? Just put a pig in there. Or a whale. It gets complicated because of the social nature of their psychology. They're going to be sad, but they take an isolated cow. Somebody could just kill that animal. The animal isn't going to feel any pain, so there's no net suffering. So at the very least, it's not wrong because you're not contributing to any suffering. But then again, there's always a counter-argument. That baby isn't necessarily going to have a happy life just
