What Are the Reforms?
In the indian economy, we cannot put up a plant in india. It is impossible. Let's go on to the actual reforms itself, of 91. You know, if one is to explain to a laye person, what are these reforms, why did they help wire the o? Transformative? And i'll come to the criticisms later, because i feel we should also address that, and not just give hosannas,. But first, to begin with, let's sum up what the reforms essentially were and what they did.
