We use heated gyms and sauna work in our training. We also worked with New Zealand Rowan there for both the Rio and London Olympic Games. It's a really strange thing is that people feel fine when they're in the spa and they can cope a long time after it. But we've had instances of people coming out the spa and then the after effect is of them getting really, really hot. Almost some guys have collapsed as a result.
