Because in a market where the thing doesnt do particularly well, no one does well. But in the headon model, you can see, because you take that fee on a yearly basis,. You could have a u forty, take a giant fee, a down 80, and you're not giving that previous fee back - but yoknow you got that fee already. Your hampton's house is built. That's right.
