How to Delegate and Manage Your Django Marketing Committees

The community thing sounds great because we've actually talked about this with Deb from the PSF. We on the board have talked about this a lot is that it's too much to expect board members to both delegate, manage and organize and do the work. But I think if you have these committees and, you know, the remit, the point is like, you're going to make recommendations and things will happen.
