Are You Eating Plant-Based Diets?

If you're deficient in one of the nine essential lamino acids, then your body can't actually rebuild those proteins that it needs. Most of the protein is coming from the legum food group, also quite a bit from nuts and seeds. Beans, lentils, chick peas, topu, tempe legmpastes, even satan are all very protin rich foods. As long as you're including them in your diet, i like to recommend people have at least three serves of those a day.
