Will Jack Smith Seek Recusal on Her First Bad Ruling?
Will Jack Smith go to the 11th Circuit to seek recusal? I think he will do that on her first really bad ruling. If Trump gets an acquittal, the prosecution can't appeal those things. And so the judge can really put her thumb on the scale of justice if she's inclined to. The problem is we don't know. Judges are supposed to avoid even the appearance of impropriety.
