Building a First Home
A lot of you have heard of my friend dirty Mike They've been on the show before and we should get him back on but they Bought a block of land Few years ago Then with the intention of Parental guarantee when the build started But by the time the build started and they went to that stage the land had increased And they could do it without the parental guarantee. So I'm probably a little bit of a Crunterrian here. I would say If it works and it is somewhere you want to live at least for the next five years And you do want to build a home because there's been a lot of people that listen to this show have built a brand new first home Like
