Are We Going to Have a Zero Carbon Economy?
When you think out this next 20 or 30 years, do you think that it is largely going to be clean versions of the existing processes? Or do you think it's more likely to be novel approaches, like bio plastics and biopolemes that are emerging out of below. And i think a technology agnostic carbon prizing can offer better incentives to really think about surprising and different solutions,. rather than governments just telling us that they support a specific technology.
