Introduction
The cancer-produced positional revolution began in 1969. Next-generation sequencing has led to the identification of several disorders with germline genetic predisposition to hematologic malignancies. Schwaakmann-Diamon syndrome is a two-deficiency syndrome involving older patients. About 7% but probably more of patients with a minor distal syndrome of any age have inherited predisposition to my lord malignancies, Kuzola says.
