The Reality of Governance in Timor Leste
The language of governance can be so jargony that it can be hard to remember that these are programs that take place in real places and with real governments. So as a corrective, let's get a sense through the unique eyes of some of our project collaborators who we asked to go out and describe the government areas. We'll start with Paula, Cara is in Dilly, who's outside the cavernous government palace. And here's Godfrey describing Wai Gani, the Chief Administrative Area in Port Moresby which is modeled in some respects on Australia's capital Canberra.
