The Department of Transportation Shouldn't Upgrade Southwest's IT System
A Southwest passenger took it into her own hands to help other flyers track down their bags. Brittany Lubier-Vervitch started texting people, I think I've found your bag. Do you know where your bag is? We call her, affectionately, the luggage ferry. It's hard for me to imagine that any punitive arrangements that the government would make would be more damaging than what Southwest has already done to itself at this point.
