Eat Out to Help Out is now a focus because it's obviously Sunak's initiative. It had his branding, his name all over it when it came out in the summer of 2020 after the first lockdown eased. The question is really did it cause more deaths because it brought people together? And was it a serious waste of money, which is quite likely?
