A lot of people were so busy filming the ambulance while partying, they were blocking the medical staff from getting to the victims. Koreans could not for the life of them understand how that could have even happened. A Pakistani nurse was visiting his brother that lives in Korea. He performed CPR on roughly 15 to 30 people that night. People didn't even know who anyone was. They're just doing everything they can to try and save some people. The visual impact has been a lot.
