How to Get a Good Return on Investment on Your Time
Code that does not change a lot, that changes only occasionally, you don't really try to make it much better. So and then if it is code that changes very often instead, you are very careful with that bit. And I like to think that's important, because there is so little time and so much code. Also, how a developer can make this context decision quickly, because usually when they have to do to make changes on do something that is some kind of time pressure.
