Culture retention, how many executives are staying and leaving even glass door reviews I think sometimes can be indicative of like company success if it's a revolving door. milestones right so it's not just about revenue today but what are the milestones that you need to achieve in the next year to reach you know these revenue targets? What would have to happen that would be a catastrophic financial event for this company because I think if you look back some of it was predictablelike oh the housing market would have to turn well the housing market is going to turn at some point.
